Aluminum System Pontoon

The aluminum alloy pontoon adopts 6061-T6 marine aluminum as the main material. The 6061-T6 marine aluminum is a finishing material with excellent material performance. The connecting bolts of the aluminum alloy pontoon are made of 304 stainless steel, and each part is directly assembled with standardized modules. The aluminum alloy frame is welded and formed by Maitreya welding machine as a whole, and the hydropower tank design on both sides can provide fresh water and electric energy supplementary services for the boat. The surface of the aluminum alloy pontoon is paved with high-strength non-slip plastic wood panels, the middle layer is made of 60601T6 aluminum alloy profile skeleton, and the bottom is made of HDPE pontoons to provide buoyancy for the aluminum alloy pontoon.
